About The Position
This role involves working with industrial processes and control systems, requiring strong PLC programming and commission skills, particularly with Siemens PLCs. The programmer will also be responsible for HMI programming, setting up and configuring process instrumentation, and performing I/O termination and loop checks within control panels. The position demands excellent troubleshooting, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of industrial processes and related control systems.
- Proven PLC programming and commission skills, especially with Siemens PLCs.
- Proven HMI Programming (PanelView, Red Lion, etc.) skills.
- Ability to setup and configure process instrumentation.
- Capable of terminating I/O in control panel and performing loop checks.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Effective Project Management capability.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
