Monogram Health•Nashville, TN
•$50,000 - $130,000•Remote

About The Position

This is a field-based, performance-driven role for someone who thrives on independence, loves building rapport quickly, and wants their work to mean something beyond a number. You will be out in the community every day, meeting eligible patients at home, earning their trust, and helping them take a step that could genuinely improve their health. Healthcare experience is not required, and we will provide training and support to help you succeed. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy connecting with new people, discovering pain points through conversation, and staying organized while working independently in the field. Top performers are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient, with the ability to overcome objections, understand patient needs, and consistently achieve strong results. They are energized by making a difference in patients' lives while reaching ambitious performance objectives. Some patients are difficult to reach through phone calls, emails, or traditional outreach. By meeting them face to face, you can build trust, make healthcare information easier to understand, and connect them with support that may improve their health and quality of life. Every conversation is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference.
