You aren’t just moving freight; you are a safety leader, a mentor to new drivers, and a key partner to our Operations Manager. This is a dynamic role for a professional who takes pride in equipment excellence and operational precision. This role is located in Hutchins, Texas.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
Up-to-date Medical Card.
Ability to pull, reach, bend, and climb as required for pre/post-trip inspections and coupling.
Strong communication skills to keep Dispatch and Operations in the loop.
2+ years of experience in the last 36 months pulling 53’ trailers.
Comfortable with In-Cab tech, GPS, and E-Logs.
Physically capable of being in and out of the cab, cranking landing gears, inspecting under trailers, and handling trailer doors daily.
Knowledge of FMCSA regulations.

CVSA Enhanced Certification (training provided).

Responsibilities

Support designated terminal by managing tractor keys, organizing customer documentation, and ensuring our fleet is mission-ready.
Conduct expert-level DOT inspections to ensure every tractor exceeds safety standards.
Train incoming drivers on GeoTab, E-Logs, dispatch procedures, and terminal protocols.
Safely operate Class 8 tractors and 53’ trailers for hub-to-hub transports and maintenance shuttling.
Make the call to fix equipment before it hits the road if it is not safe.
