Current Career Opportunities Depending on your experience and qualifications, you may be considered for opportunities such as: Area Manager: Lead field operations, support installation crews, build relationships with builders, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and with exceptional quality. Template Technician: Perform accurate field measurements for cabinets, countertops, and other interior products to ensure every installation starts with precision. Requirements
- Residential construction or homebuilding.
- Cabinet installation or cabinet service.
- Countertop templating or field measurements.
- Finish carpentry or interior trim work.
- Field operations, project coordination, or construction management.
- Customer-facing service roles.
- Reading blueprints and construction plans.
- Problem-solving, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally within an assigned territory.
Nice To Haves
- Leadership experience is a plus for management opportunities but is not required for all positions.
