Current Career Opportunities Depending on your experience and qualifications, you may be considered for opportunities such as: Area Manager: Lead field operations, support installation crews, build relationships with builders, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and with exceptional quality. Template Technician: Perform accurate field measurements for cabinets, countertops, and other interior products to ensure every installation starts with precision. Requirements

• Residential construction or homebuilding.
• Cabinet installation or cabinet service.
• Countertop templating or field measurements.
• Finish carpentry or interior trim work.
• Field operations, project coordination, or construction management.
• Customer-facing service roles.
• Reading blueprints and construction plans.
• Problem-solving, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally within an assigned territory.

Nice To Haves

• Leadership experience is a plus for management opportunities but is not required for all positions.

Responsibilities

• Working directly on residential construction jobsites.
• Supporting builders and homeowners with exceptional customer service.
• Measuring, installing, repairing, or inspecting cabinetry and interior finish products.
• Managing projects, schedules, or installation crews.
• Troubleshooting field issues and delivering practical solutions.

• Collaborating with operations, warehouse, scheduling, and customer service teams.
