AirGarage is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Operations Specialist in Downtown Charleston and surrounding areas. This role involves patrolling multiple parking lots to ensure compliance, cleanliness, and ongoing improvements. Requirements

• Valid drivers license & reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors in any weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• iOS or Android device with basic smartphone proficiency

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in customer service, security, enforcement, or facilities maintenance is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Use a mobile app to scan and verify vehicle license plates
• Ticket vehicles that are not in compliance
• Identify and flag vehicles requiring towing based on lot policies
• Perform trash cleanup to maintain lot appearance
• Rehang and install parking signage as needed
• Provide feedback through the app on lot conditions and user experience
• Proactively identify, document, and report operational, safety, or maintenance issues to management
• Drive between multiple parking lot locations throughout your shift
