About The Position

The Field Operations & Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations associated with residential turnover, repair, and rehabilitation projects for TruBlue Home Service Ally of North Wilmington. This role serves as the primary field leadership position responsible for production quality, workforce training, SOP implementation, workflow consistency, field supervision, and quality assurance. The position works directly with executive leadership and WHA project personnel to ensure units are completed in accordance with established timelines, workmanship standards, and operational procedures.

Requirements

  • Experience in field operations, quality control, or a related leadership role
  • Knowledge of residential turnover, repair, and rehabilitation projects
  • Ability to train and supervise a workforce
  • Understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflow consistency
  • Strong quality assurance skills
  • Ability to work directly with executive leadership and project personnel
  • Familiarity with established timelines and workmanship standards
