About The Position

The Field Operations Project Coordinator supports the successful execution of field projects by coordinating on-site communications, managing project timelines, and assisting with documentation and planning. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations, timely closeouts, and effective collaboration between field crews, subcontractors, and internal teams. The Field Operations Project Coordinator will report to the Executive Director of Customer Service.

Requirements

  • Experience in field operations, project coordination, or construction support
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with subcontractor coordination and job documentation practices
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Responsibilities

  • Site Visits & Field Analysis: Conduct site visits and field evaluations as needed, sometimes meeting with customers on-site to assess progress or resolve issues
  • Project Coordination: Manage assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables are met
  • Manage material ordering, crew direction and clear and timely communication throughout project execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to review project scopes and assist in planning and organizing required materials
  • Project Documentation: Assist in obtaining closeout materials and documenting completed work to ensure accurate records
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Other Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned
