About The Position

The Field Operations Manager at WCCTV provides leadership and oversight for the Company's Production, Repair, Quarantine, Field Service, Installation, Fleet, inventory and Hub Operation functions. This role is responsible for ensuring surveillance equipment is produced, tested, deployed, installed, serviced, and maintained efficiently while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and operational performance. The Field Operations Manager leads multiple teams across production and field operations, driving operational excellence, quality, safety, workforce development, inventory readiness, fleet management, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position serves as a key operational leader and technical escalation point, partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Inventory, Engineering, Quality, and Executive Leadership to support business growth and scalability. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, Electronics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in field operations, production operations, manufacturing, technical service, fleet management, or related environments.
  • Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience managing technical, production, field service, or operational teams.
  • Experience managing multi-site operations and geographically dispersed teams preferred.
  • Strong technical understanding of CCTV, low-voltage systems, networking, electronic equipment, mobile surveillance systems, or related technologies preferred.
  • Experience managing production workflows, field service operations, inventory control, fleet operations, and quality programs.
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, labor planning, travel management, and cost control.
  • Experience implementing KPIs, operational dashboards, and performance management systems.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, inventory management systems, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office applications, and operational reporting tools.
  • Ability to lead organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of Production, Repair, Quarantine, Installation, Field Service, Fleet, Inventory and Hub Operations.
  • Develop and lead hub personnel through coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure all customer installations, repairs, and service activities are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
  • Drive operational performance through KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accountability for inventory accuracy, asset control, storage organization, monthly cycle counts, and inventory variance resolution.
  • Oversee fleet operations, vehicle utilization, inspections, and equipment readiness.
  • Ensure production schedules and deployment readiness support customer demand.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Inventory, and Supply Chain teams to support business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company operational standards.
  • Support operational scalability through process optimization and workforce planning.
