About The Position

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Field Operations Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to oversee all aspects of field operations. Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of installation and/or construction management experience, managing transnational teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a SECRET clearance, with eligibility for TOP SECRET.

Nice To Haves

  • Overseas field installation experience.
  • Knowledge of and experience adhering to Department of State construction and security guidelines, FAH requirements, and related procedures.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar certification.
  • Foundational understanding of project management principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, SharePoint, and collaborative platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and lead Site Installation Managers, ensuring installation teams perform safe, efficient, and high-quality work.
  • Maintain communication with field teams, client representatives, and corporate leadership.
  • Provide technical expertise and feedback to PME as the Field Operations SME regarding new and existing processes, procedures, technical requirements, and installation methodologies.
  • Represent Field Operations in Government and stakeholder meetings, providing technical insight, operational perspective, and field-level assessment of requirements, challenges, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with Design Engineering to ensure conceptual designs incorporate practical field installation considerations.
  • Participate in design reviews, gate reviews, schedule reviews, and material assessments, providing expert technical input.
  • Assess weekly installation schedules for accuracy, critical path alignment, resource balance, and improvement opportunities.
  • Continuously evaluate installation practices to identify enhancements that reduce cost, improve schedule performance, and elevate installation quality.
