Located within Utah Tech University's Innovation Labs at Atwood Innovation Plaza, the Parkspass program operates the digital recreation infrastructure for Utah's 46 state parks under contract with the Utah Division of State Parks. Parkspass is seeking a Field Operations Manager to install, administer, and maintain networked field technology systems across the state park system, and to manage the field operations, fulfillment, and hourly staff supporting those systems. • Collaborate directly with the Parkspass software engineering team on platform products, including field testing, defect reporting, and product feedback informed by on-site operations.
  • Oversee visitor pass fulfillment operations, including production, inventory, and distribution of physical passes and credentials, and investigation and resolution of fulfillment exceptions and delivery failures across systems.
  • Supervise student and hourly employees supporting fulfillment and field operations; review and manage timesheets for hourly staff.
