TruBlue Home Service Ally is seeking an experienced construction professional to join its leadership team and oversee field operations in North County San Diego. The company specializes in residential repairs, home maintenance, small remodeling projects, and aging-in-place modifications. This role combines hands-on construction expertise with team leadership and operational improvement. The manager will work directly with the owners, contribute to company decisions, help shape the company culture, develop the team, and support the company's growth.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in residential construction, remodeling, and home repairs.
• Broad technical knowledge across multiple trades.
• Previous experience as a foreman, construction supervisor, project manager, or business owner.
• Strong estimating and project management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Approachable, patient, organized, and dependable.
• Pride in quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
• Comfortable using technology to manage estimates, schedules, and project details.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers, assess projects, develop scopes of work, and estimate labor and materials.
• Support technicians by answering questions and helping them navigate challenges or unfamiliar situations.
• Keep field jobs organized, technicians productive, and projects on schedule.
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate unexpected jobsite conditions and develop practical solutions.
• Mentor and train technicians and help develop their skills.
• Work with ownership to improve estimating, efficiency, communication, and profitability.
• Work in the field and assist when needed.
