About The Position

OWL Services is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Foreman to supervise and lead a team of workers, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and manage project timelines. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to accomplish department goals. This is a long-term opportunity with a growing company. The role includes general construction work focused on concrete and electrical tasks, overseeing a small crew, coordinating work from start to finish, and ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality outcomes. The position requires nationwide travel up to 85% of the time.

Requirements

Three years of experience as a construction foreman.
Willingness to travel nationwide up to 85% of the time.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

Perform general construction tasks with a focus on concrete and electrical work.
Oversee a three-to-four-person crew.
Safely operate and maneuver equipment trailers.
Read and understand blueprints and build to specification instructions with precision and quality.
Coordinate jobs from start to finish to maximize efficiency and safety.
Provide detailed and accurate reporting of daily duties performed.
Restore areas where work has been performed, including leveling, seeding, and applying straw.
Maintain a clean and safe jobsite.
Be responsible for assigned work outcomes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
