Superior Cleaning is seeking a dependable, high-performing professional to join our team as a Field Operations Cleaning Technician. This is a key, trusted position within our company. You will support multiple commercial properties, step in where needed, and help ensure our standards of excellence are consistently delivered across all locations. This is not an entry-level cleaning role — we are looking for someone reliable, professional, and committed.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to lift 25 lbs overhead
Able to be on your feet for extended periods
Must pass a background check and drug test
Valid driver’s license
Strong attendance record and punctuality
Ability to travel between multiple job sites

Responsibilities

Perform commercial cleaning services (offices, banks, industrial facilities, etc.)
Travel between assigned job sites
Support site teams and fill in as needed
Maintain high-quality standards at every location
Work independently and efficiently
Represent Superior Cleaning with professionalism
Emptying trash and recycling
Dusting and wiping surfaces
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
Cleaning and restocking restrooms
