About The Position
Home Health Services of Virginia is seeking versatile and dependable Field Nurses to provide high-quality care to patients in the home health setting. Field Nurses are a critical part of our agency and must have prior experience working in home health.
Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Virginia State Board of Nursing.
- Experience working in a home care agency .
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills .
Responsibilities
- Complete patient care duties according to the patient’s plan of care.
- Reevaluate and adjust care as necessary.
- Work scheduled shifts to perform patient duties.
- Complete clinical nurse notes in their entirety.
- Provide skilled care services as applicable.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
