About The Position

Cornerstone is looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to join our Field Marketing team. We're looking for a creative, driven marketer to help support compelling campaign activations that create qualified pipeline for both new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities within the base. This role is Remote, United States. If you are looking for a role where you'll repeat the same buzzword-filled, boring campaigns – this job isn't for you. We need someone who is scrappy, eager to learn, and excited to help test, execute and find new ways to bring Cornerstone's leading learning solutions to the market.

Requirements

Strong writing skills, with the ability to craft concise, engaging emails and marketing copy.
1-2 years of marketing experience; a recent graduate with internship experience and a passion for marketing is encouraged to apply.
Solid organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Are eager to learn events: Interest in event logistics and supporting the execution of in-person and virtual programs.
Detail-focused, self-starter who takes initiative.
Comfortable learning new marketing platforms and tools.

Responsibilities

Support senior field marketers in planning and executing creative, impactful multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline growth across target sales segments.
Help coordinate and staff regional events and tradeshows, contributing to a distinct in-person presence for Cornerstone.
Assist the ABM manager with the day-to-day execution of targeted account programs.
Collaborate with portfolio marketing and sales enablement to gather industry vertical-specific insights and content assets for campaigns.
Build foundational knowledge of industries critical to the Cornerstone business and help relay feedback between sales and field marketing.
Support the timely deployment of initiatives by helping track stakeholders, budgets, timelines, and processes.
Assist the Business Development team in adapting broad marketing messaging for "one-to-few" outreach programs.
Help track, compile, and report on campaign and demand activity metrics tied to sales pipeline.
