Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, merchandising, communications, or related field
  • Experience with media relations or public relations campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Project management experience and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience managing third-party vendors or partners

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of fuel and merchandise marketing strategies across the business unit, ensuring alignment with company objectives and store-level needs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations teams to develop and implement localized campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
  • Oversee signage execution, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness across locations.
  • Support planning and coordination of printed and digital marketing programs at both national and local levels.
  • Manage and maintain digital marketing assets within stores and forecourts.
  • Assist in planning and executing public relations campaigns, including grand openings and store events.
  • Support localized social media initiatives and contribute content for digital platforms.
  • Manage elements of the marketing and advertising budget.
  • Conduct and present market research to support business decisions.
  • Assist with internal communications and media monitoring efforts.
  • Support crisis communication planning and contribute to weekly communications reporting.
  • Interact with multiple teams and stakeholders while helping bring marketing initiatives to life across the business unit.
