This role supports the company's marketing mix, consumer collecting initiatives, athlete marketing, and event execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Mix of the company.
  • Assist in Consumer Collecting initiatives & Athlete Marketing.
  • Coordinate the Demo Warrior Program for the USA East Coast region.
  • Execute the local Event Marketing Plan and activations.
  • Coordinate & maintain the Marketing Bike fleet.
  • Maintain the Marketing event tools and vehicles.
  • Manage the Marketing spare part stock.
  • Assist the Sales Team and dealer network with Demo Days.
  • Assist the Trade Marketing strategy when needed.
  • Handle logistics for internal and external needs.
  • Capture and share consumer, sales team and dealer network perceptions.
  • Always on top of emails, calls and up to date.
  • Understand and infuse Stark’s strategies and philosophies in your area.
  • Contribute to strategic thinking and regional business planning for the North American market.
  • Build strong relationships with the dealer network and support them with marketing initiatives.
  • Travel when needed.
