About The Position
BathWorks of Michigan is hiring part-time Field Marketing Representatives to represent their bath and shower remodeling services at home shows, festivals, and community events. This role involves engaging with attendees, scheduling free in-home estimates using a proven, no-pressure process, and setting up/breaking down event booths. The company is Michigan's fastest-growing Jacuzzi® dealer and is focused on growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable talking with people
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Able to lift 20-30 lbs for event setup
- Available 10-20 hours per week (Wednesday through Sunday)
- Open to traveling to local events (Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Lansing, Muskegon, Traverse City, Midland)
Responsibilities
- Represent BathWorks at home shows, festivals, and community events
- Engage with attendees and schedule free in-home estimates
- Use a proven, no-pressure appointment-setting process
- Set up and break down event booths
