The Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) is responsible for driving brand visibility, lead generation, and community engagement across an assigned portfolio of venues and ancillary services. This role blends digital marketing execution with field marketing activation, ensuring venues are consistently represented within their local markets while supporting the brand and region as a whole. Field Marketing Specialists work cross-functionally with venue teams, sales leaders, and the central marketing team to activate campaigns locally, support venue showcases and events, build relationships with planners and vendors, and develop marketing initiatives that ultimately drive tours and bookings.
