As a Field Marketing Representative, you'll be the first point of contact between homeowners and our roofing solutions, working in-person in assigned neighborhoods to spark conversations, build trust, and generate qualified leads for our sales team. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners face-to-face in assigned neighborhoods and spark genuine conversations about their roofing needs
• Schedule appointments and hand off qualified leads to our sales team
• Build relationships and represent the Elite Roofing brand with professionalism and energy

Benefits

• Hourly base of $20.00 an hour plus commission on every qualified lead
• $100 per completed estimate, plus a $200 bonus for same-day closes
• Top earners bring in up to $7,500/month
