As a Field Marketing Representative, you'll be the first point of contact between homeowners and our roofing solutions, working in-person in assigned neighborhoods to spark conversations, build trust, and generate qualified leads for our sales team. Responsibilities
- Engage homeowners face-to-face in assigned neighborhoods and spark genuine conversations about their roofing needs
- Schedule appointments and hand off qualified leads to our sales team
- Build relationships and represent the Elite Roofing brand with professionalism and energy
Benefits
- Hourly base of $20.00 an hour plus commission on every qualified lead
- $100 per completed estimate, plus a $200 bonus for same-day closes
- Weekly direct deposit
