About The Position

NECOA, by Coway, and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire a Field Marketing Representative in your area! In this role, you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the NECOA brand and water purification products within local businesses and selling events. You will demonstrate products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs. You will be responsible for building rapport with customers and professional relationships with program management and fellow employees.

Requirements

Be a problem-solving, tech-savvy enthusiast
Have an outgoing personality and be eager to learn
Be comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with training
Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs
Validate driver’s license with the ability to pass a motor vehicle background check
High school diploma or equivalent required
Six (6) months prior sales, retail, or marketing experience
Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
Ability to maintain customer confidentiality

Nice To Haves

Event experience or customer service experience a plus
Training or product demonstration experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Demonstrate cutting edge NECOA water purification products at local businesses and selling events
Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience
Responsible for maintaining professional relationships with management and staff at local events
Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness
Responsible for reporting and competitive insights
Effectively market direct to consumers and businesses while advocating NECOA home water purification solutions
Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees
Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance
Direct customers by assessing needs and suggest products to fit those needs
Advise customers by providing information on products and services
Help customers make selections by building customer confidence
Accurately document and report sales and sales leads
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Responsible for submitting all paperwork and mileage tracking completely and accurately
