About The Position

We bring bold thinking to life. We encourage out-of-the-box ideas and pair them with premium execution standards. We lead with intention. Every program is grounded in strategy, purpose, and a deep understanding of our customers. We prioritize what matters most. We focus investments on growth opportunities, key markets, and high-impact opportunities. We hold a high bar for excellence. Strong operational rigor, brand, and product stewardship are the foundation of how we deliver. We believe experiences should move people and businesses forward. Our programs are designed to strengthen relationships and build lasting brand equity.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or field/event marketing support.
  • Hands-on experience with project management or CRM tools (Asana, HubSpot, or similar) and enjoy keeping systems clean and organized.
  • Obsessed with details and have the organizational skills to prove it.
  • Work cross-functionally with ease – program owners, marketing colleagues, and vendors all love working with you.
  • Care about the quality of the work after it leaves your hands — not simply whether your portion is technically complete.
  • See systems, templates, and processes as tools that enable great marketing — not as the end product.

Responsibilities

  • Help run the operating rhythm for Field Marketing: intake, readiness, system hygiene, documentation, workflows, contracts and process coordination, reporting inputs, and execution support.
  • Manage Field Marketing intake and operational workflows across events, partnerships, and other field initiatives.
  • Build and maintain the team's operating systems — Asana workflows, projects, forms, and reports; Slack automations; and Guru documentation—and keep program data clean across Asana, HubSpot, event technology, and other Field Marketing platforms.
  • Track program readiness — approvals, contracts, documentation, timelines, and handoffs — and flag missing information before it becomes a blocker.
  • Support vendor onboarding, contracting, invoice/PO coordination, and budget tracking in partnership with Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
  • Support lead capture readiness, event data reconciliation, and post-event reporting inputs.
  • Maintain the master Field Marketing calendar, ensuring stakeholders have visibility into upcoming events and commitments.
