About The Position

As a Contract Field Marketing Manager for Carbon Robotics, you will be a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments. You will run end-to-end execution for annual events, directly accelerating our sales pipeline through high-impact experiential marketing. This is a 3-6 month contract.

Requirements

3+ years of B2B field marketing and heavy event execution experience in fast-paced environments.
Proven ability to manage simultaneous projects, track progress diligently, and maintain a sharp attention to detail.
Confidence leading on-site teams, aligning internal stakeholders, and engaging customers directly.
A knack for foreseeing logistical bottlenecks, preventing issues, and constantly improving the event experience.
Ability to travel up to 40% of the time and lift up to 40 pounds of event gear.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for 30+ regional events and field campaigns across the US and Canada, managing timelines, logistics, vendors, invoicing, and shipments.
Represent the brand on the ground, directing on-site operations, managing event staff, and traveling up to 40% of the time.
Ensure precise, thorough lead generation at every event to fuel the sales pipeline.
Collaborate closely with sales teams to build targeted marketing plans for priority regions, strategic accounts, and specific crop markets.
Oversee procurement and inventory of marketing assets while sourcing high-value customer testimonials, quotes, and co-marketing opportunities.
