This role requires creativity, initiative, organization, attention to detail, and an outgoing personality with the ability to travel 30-40% of the time.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a comparable marketing role
  • B2B marketing experience
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Current work authorization required

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute regional events and field marketing campaigns that align with company goals in the United States and Canada.
  • Work autonomously to manage 30+ annual events.
  • Lead end-to-end project management including timelines, logistics, vendor coordination, invoicing, material shipments, and on-site execution.
  • Ensure lead capture at all events is done accurately and thoroughly.
  • Represent Carbon Robotics at trade shows, conferences, and customer-facing events.
  • Clearly communicate objectives, project status and updates to team members and attending event staff.
  • Work closely with sales teams to accelerate North American sales efforts and build targeted marketing plans for priority markets and strategic accounts.
  • Develop marketing plans for each event tailored to geography and crops.
  • Oversee development, procurement, and inventory of marketing materials for events and customers
  • Collect and develop customer references, quotes, and testimonials
  • Identify co-marketing opportunities and collaborate with clients to amplify results
