You'll be collaborating with ambitious colleagues from around the world - all striving to deliver on a huge opportunity. You'll own the coordination of Wayflyer's field marketing presence, particularly in the US: industry conferences (Expo West, Fancy Foods, Prosper), happy hours, intimate founder dinners, executive roundtables, hackathons, and everything in between. Build relationships across the ecosystem and execute co-marketing activities that drive awareness of Wayflyer and ultimately lead to more customers. Support brand campaign activations, including creative outreach to target accounts, so our presence is felt beyond event attendance. Be scrappy, creative and high-impact - this role rewards resourcefulness. This is a hands-on individual contributor role today, with potential to build and lead a team as we scale.

Requirements

  • You're an experienced Field Marketer, already building a network in the consumer brand space
  • You're genuinely interested in the customers we serve
  • You're a strategic thinker that treats spend as an "investment", aiming to get outsized results
  • You're a natural relationship builder who can work a room
  • You're financially literate and comfortable talking about our products to an audience
  • You're based in the US and genuinely enjoy travel (expect to be on the road a lot!)
  • You're highly autonomous - you don't wait to be told what to do, you figure it out.

Responsibilities

  • Own the coordination of Wayflyer's field marketing presence, particularly in the US: industry conferences (Expo West, Fancy Foods, Prosper), happy hours, intimate founder dinners, executive roundtables, hackathons, and everything in between.
