About the role:
As a Field Marketing Manager at Contextual AI, you’ll own our field marketing and events strategy end-to-end—from major industry conferences to high-touch, sales-aligned experiences like executive dinners and roadshows—driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact with enterprise buyers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in field marketing or event marketing, preferably in AI, B2B, SaaS, or technology industries.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and campaigns simultaneously.
• Proven track record of collaboration with sales and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics platforms.
• Willingness to travel on average 30% of the time

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute field events, trade shows, conference sponsorships, and community events to generate pipeline, leads, and customer engagement.
• Develop and execute localized field marketing campaigns aligned with company goals and sales objectives.
• Manage the full lifecycle of field activities, including venue selection, contract negotiation, content programming, and on-site logistics for roadshows, roundtables, and industry conferences.
• Partner closely with Sales to identify target accounts and align event goals with territory plans.
• Build the operational infrastructure, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and "event-in-a-box" playbooks that allow our field presence to expand efficiently.
• Own our presence at key industry conferences. You will ensure we stand out from the crowd, engage and educate prospects, and develop compelling booth experiences, and a rigorous lead capture processes.
• Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of field marketing activities against KPIs, including lead generation, pipeline creation, conversion rates, messaging effectiveness, and ROI.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and event logistics to ensure successful execution, budget adherence, and cost efficiency.
• Provide insights from field activities and customer interactions to inform go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
