We are seeking a results-driven Field Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing programs and events that drive pipeline, customer engagement, and brand awareness. This role will partner closely with sales, demand generation, content and product marketing to develop and execute targeted campaigns that support business growth in key markets. The ideal candidate is a strong cross-functional marketer who is highly organized, communicates plans effectively, measures weekly performance against revenue goals, and is passionate about creating standout event experiences for prospects and customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, regional marketing, or demand generation
  • Proven success developing and executing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue
  • Experience partnering closely with sales teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure performance and optimize programs based on results
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to travel as needed for events and regional activities

Responsibilities

  • Translate global campaigns to executable field marketing plans aligned to regional sales priorities and company growth objectives
  • Execute in-person and virtual events including trade shows, executive roundtables, customer events, webinars, and partner programs
  • Partner with sales leaders to identify target accounts, market opportunities, and campaign priorities
  • Create integrated regional campaigns across email, digital, social, content, direct mail, and events
  • Work with demand generation and digital marketing teams to drive attendance, engagement, and follow-up for field programs
  • Collaborate with product marketing and content teams to ensure messaging is relevant to target audiences and markets
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, venues, and event partners
  • Own program budgets, timelines, logistics, and reporting
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance including leads, pipeline, revenue influence, ROI, and customer engagement
  • Ensure timely lead handoff and follow-up, in partnership with sales and business development teams
  • Gather market feedback from customers, prospects, partners, and the field to inform future marketing strategy
  • Support account-based marketing efforts for strategic territories and high-value accounts
