Job Summary: Acrisure is seeking a Field Marketing Manager, North America Retail (NAR) to translate national marketing strategy into effective local activation. This role partners closely with Division Sales Leaders and Advisors to run regional campaigns, customize collateral, plan and execute events, and surface actionable insights from the field. The Manager drives new prospects, cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and client retention by delivering both strategic and hands-on marketing execution , ranging from GTM play activation and localized outreach to event logistics , collateral updates, and RFP coordination. This role ensures Advisors have timely , accurate , and compelling materials and support to win and retain business, while maintaining strong alignment with Marketing, PMM, GTM, and Sales Enablement. Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
