About The Position

Feazel is hiring a Field Marketing Manager to recruit, coach, and drive performance for our Door-to-Door Appointment Setter team. This is a hands-on leadership role where your income grows with your team’s results. The Field Marketing Manager will recruit, train, and mentor Appointment Setters, set daily/weekly goals and track performance, coach communication and field execution, and coordinate schedules and territories.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in sales, canvassing, or field marketing
• Competitive, results-driven mindset
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Valid driver’s license and clean record
• Door-to-door: 2 years (Required)
• Sales: 1 year (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)
