About The Position

As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world—empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients. We are seeking a strategic leader to own the vision and execution of Dandy’s field marketing and hosted-event programs, blending high-touch experiences with a data-driven approach to B2B growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating impactful in-person experiences that drive pipeline, strengthen brand presence, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B event marketing
  • Proven success planning and managing field marketing events
  • Exceptional project management skills - highly organized, detail focused and results-driven with the ability to thrive while working on multiple projects at once
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Overall track record of professional and academic success
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute a comprehensive calendar of Dandy-hosted events, including dinners, networking events, and educational workshops to drive new customer acquisition.
  • Create scalable operational frameworks for end-to-end event logistics, including pre-event marketing, guest list management, onsite execution, and post-event follow up.
  • Proactively identify and negotiate high-impact sponsorships with dental associations nationwide, serving as the primary strategic lead for external relationship management.
  • Own field event performance reporting, delivering data-driven insights that refine future planning and drive continuous improvement in program efficiency.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations leadership to align on event goals and prepare onsite teams for successful customer and prospect engagement.
  • Provide management and professional mentorship to a direct report, fostering individual growth and creating standardized workflows that allow the events function to scale with the company.
  • Travel to events for onsite execution and support.
