About The Position

LGI Homes is seeking a self-motivated Field Marketing Coordinator to bring marketing initiatives to life across multiple communities in the South Denver area. This role is responsible for planning and executing community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements to drive traffic and enhance the customer experience. The Field Marketing Coordinator will activate national campaigns locally, improve community presentation, support content creation, and provide insights to drive sales performance. This field-based role acts as the on-the-ground extension of the marketing team, ensuring signage, collateral, digital listings, and customer touchpoints are consistent and aligned with brand standards. A significant part of the role involves managing the entire event process, from planning and coordination to onsite execution and post-event follow-up, to maintain strong community visibility and engagement. The coordinator will also handle data entry and reporting, track traffic trends, review online listings, evaluate sign routes, and share weekly insights with leadership. Additional duties include managing marketing inventory and vendors, supporting photography and video needs, assisting with community launches and closeouts, and ensuring information centers are visitor-ready.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement.
  • Strong event planning, project management, and communication skills.
  • Creativity and an eye for presentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong social media and content creation skills.
  • Digital proficiency with social media management and content editing tools.
  • Comfortable traveling between communities.
  • Skilled at building strong relationships with teams, partners, and the community.
