What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you will act as the mastermind turning regional sales strategies into high-yield pipeline opportunities, owning the end-to-end planning, activation, and execution of localized field events ranging from executive roundtables and VIP dinners to workshops and partner co-marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of event planning experience
  • Experience collaborating and cultivating strong cross-functional working relationships
  • Effective time and project management skills, strong attention to detail, accuracy, and presentation skills
  • Adaptable and able to make changes quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to attend events as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in localized field marketing within the technology or construction software industry.
  • Proven track record of managing localized budget tracking and vendor negotiations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the end-to-end management of various event types, including hosted field events, client hospitality events, road shows, etc.
  • Collaborate with sales and other teams to ensure seamless event coordination and effective lead follow-up.
  • Help track and analyze event performance against key metrics.
  • Support the development and oversight of event budgets and assist with vendor contract negotiations.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation and messaging across all event touchpoints.
