As a Field Marketing Associate Director, you serve as a player-coach, leading activation across multiple markets while coaching and developing a high-performing team of Field Marketers. You translate enterprise priorities, growth opportunities, and market insights into coordinated in-market programs that drive engagement, demand, and measurable business impact. In addition to leading an assigned area, you take enterprise-level ownership of one or more Field Marketing priorities or other strategic initiatives. You are accountable for the performance and development of your direct reports and for contributing to the performance, capability, and consistency of the broader Field Marketing team. You are also accountable for the quality and impact of your area portfolio and the success of the function-wide priorities you lead. This includes setting activation strategy, prioritizing investments and resources, establishing clear ownership, and ensuring consistent execution through disciplined intake, shared planning routines, repeatable activation formats, and structured post-activation evaluation. Partnering closely with sales, GTM leaders, and marketing teams, you ensure field activation is connected to campaigns, content, brand standards, and performance measurement, raising the bar for impact and consistency over time.
