About The Position

We are looking for a reliable and independent Field Marketing Assistant to handle our local grassroots marketing efforts. This is not a desk job or a digital marketing role. You will spend the majority of your shift on the road driving a branded company vehicle, managing mail drops, and walking neighborhoods to distribute physical marketing materials. There is enough work for a full 40-hour week, but we are highly flexible with scheduling and open to part-time candidates looking for afternoon or weekend hours.

Requirements

Must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (required for insurance purposes to drive the company vehicle).
Trustworthy and independent, with integrity to do the job right without supervision.
Ability to frequently get in and out of a vehicle and walk through neighborhoods to place door hangers.
Ability to manage inventory in the vehicle and keep drops and batches sorted.

Responsibilities

Pick up postcards and marketing collateral from our local printer and prepare for post office mailings
Map out and drive an efficient, economical daily route to drop off mail bundles at various local post offices.
Drive to targeted neighborhoods to distribute door hangers door-to-door.
Strategically place company lawn signs in high-visibility areas along your daily route.
Log your shifts and routes using a required GPS tracking application to verify neighborhood coverage and distribution completion.
