About The Position

Great Lakes Home Remodeling is seeking an experienced field marketer interested in developing into a future team leader. The role focuses on engaging homeowners and generating quality appointments for the company’s roofing, siding, window, gutter, and door divisions. The employee will lead by example, support and motivate team members, and develop leadership skills through hands-on training, coaching, and collaboration with field leadership. The position offers a potential advancement path from Field Marketing Representative to Team Leader, Assistant Field Marketing Manager, Field Marketing Manager, and Regional Leadership. Promotions depend on performance, leadership development, and available opportunities. The position is full-time and in-person, with compensation of $18–$23 per hour depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses.

Requirements

Previous door-to-door canvassing, field marketing, or appointment-setting experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Home improvement industry experience is highly preferred.
