Field Managers lead a team of merchandisers executing brand strategy in natural and conventional retailers in the North Atlantic region. They are responsible for driving best-in-class retail execution across their region through consistent field presence, store-level relationship building, and hands-on leadership. They coach, develop, and hold their field team accountable to clear expectations and results, while building a strong and engaged team culture. Field Managers use reporting and field insights to identify opportunities, solve problems, and ensure regional priorities are being executed consistently. Successful Field Managers lead humbly through influence and inspiration, embody a servant leadership mindset, and have the desire and ability to engage their teams while driving results. Our Field Leadership team works collaboratively across Retail Execution, Business Development, and Brand Experience to turn priorities into action, solve problems quickly, and deliver strong results for our Brand Partners, retailers, and Dirty Hands.
