We are looking for an ambitious, full-time Field Manager ready to take charge, drive results, and lead our team to excellence. The Field Manager is responsible for the daily oversight, productivity, and performance of our technician crew. You’ll be the bridge between management and the field, ensuring every job is done right, on time, and safely.

  • Management Knowledge: A solid understanding of basic supervisory principles and employee management.
  • Field Ready: Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and handle a physically demanding role (stooping, crawling, lifting up to 75 lbs.).
  • Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work long or irregular hours as needed to get the job done.
  • Clean Record: Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
  • Valid Driver’s License: Must have a clean driving record that meets company insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with management to plan daily schedules and supervise technician activities.
  • Maintain high standards for quality, budget, and timelines. Drive crew performance to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Identify training needs and provide hands-on coaching to help your team grow.
  • Promote a rigorous safety culture. Conduct regular job-site observations and vehicle inspections to ensure all company protocols are followed.
  • Act as the point of contact for escalating customer concerns, resolving issues quickly and documenting all correspondence.
  • Ensure all accident reports, injury claims, product inventory and daily company documentation are completed accurately and on time.
  • Manage supervisory duties including work assignments, performance and lawn evaluations, and employee relations in accordance with company policy.
