About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Manager to lead our customer-centric pest control team. In this role, you will guide your team in delivering exceptional service, ensuring effective pest control solutions, and maintaining compliance with all state regulations. You will be responsible for training and supervising your team in the application of various pest control methods, managing inventory, ensuring equipment and vehicle maintenance, and fostering strong client relationships through outstanding customer service. This position requires a proactive approach to operational excellence, including maintaining cleanliness, resolving safety hazards, and ensuring overall team and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Capable of leading, motivating, and empowering a team to exceed operational goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in pest control practices, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising teams within pest control, overseeing daily operations and team performance.
  • Possess state certification in pest control.
  • Valid, clean driver’s license.
  • Strong dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Able to perform necessary physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and working in diverse environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Operator in the State of OH a plus!
  • Management: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Pest control: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Certified Operator License in the State of Atlanta (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead a Customer-Centric Team to deliver detailed inspections, quality service, and a customer first experience.
  • Train and supervise the team in the application of pesticides, baits, traps, and other methods tailored to meet each customer’s unique needs.
  • Ensure company and employee compliance with all state regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain detailed records of employees, services provided, products used, and treatment outcomes.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines, product labels, company policies, and state regulations.
  • Manage inventory levels of pest control products and equipment.
  • Maintain pest control equipment and vehicles in optimal condition.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work environments, including vehicles and facilities.
  • Promptly resolve any safety hazards, incidents, or equipment malfunctions.
