About The Position

The Field Manager will manage day-to-day operations of new home inspections, installations, services, and warranties by service techs for “Superior Service” through effective professional communication, accuracy, production, and profitability while promoting teamwork. This role involves assisting Sales, Service, Scheduling, and Installation for all field needs, reporting new home starts and progressions, verifying new home measurements, conducting subfloor inspections, inspecting wall tile and verifying diagrams for accuracy, quality control and managing installs, service and warranties through the ERP system, reporting stop payments, warranties and services through the ERP system, inspecting and repairing warranties and services, taking moisture readings, product delivery as needed, and training new service techs and new hires on installation and product knowledge. The Field Manager is also responsible for ERP systems, creating monthly reports for improvement and praise, and attending seminars to enhance departments.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience required in the flooring industry
  • High School diploma
  • Effective Communication
  • Computer Skills
  • Drivers License

Responsibilities
