Requirements
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills

- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and project needs
- Experience in field operations, construction, or a related industry
- Supervisory or leadership experience
- Familiarity with construction processes, materials, or job site coordination
- Basic proficiency with common business software tools
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout active job sites for extended periods
- Ability to lift and handle materials as needed
- Ability to perform work primarily in outdoor and active construction environments
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day field operations and support project execution on job sites
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and proper use of materials
- Monitor project progress to ensure schedules, quality standards, and customer expectations are met
- Identify and resolve issues in the field, escalating as needed
- Ensure materials and work are aligned with project specifications and requirements
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to provide updates and support project success
- Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures on job sites
- Support continuous improvement of field processes and operations
- Perform additional duties as needed
