About The Position

Fairway Lawns of Nashville is seeking a dedicated, results-driven Field Manager to oversee route management, sales, and customer service while training and supporting Field Technicians. The role helps maintain efficient daily operations and high service quality.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in chemical lawn care, including route management, sales, or supervision.
• Strong knowledge of local turf types, weeds, insects, and lawn diseases.
• Excellent sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and other technology.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Passion for the company’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employee performance through check-ins, LQAs, and Field Safety Observations.
• Manage production and efficiency through route oversight, call logs, and customer interactions.
• Lead, train, and motivate employees with varying skill levels.
• Identify training needs and implement development plans.
• Collaborate with branch managers and field managers to establish performance standards.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, provide excellent service, and set an example for staff.
• Ensure the warehouse, office, vehicles, and equipment are clean and organized.
• Oversee timely maintenance and repairs of vehicles and equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
