We are looking for a highly organized, people-focused Field Manager to lead our cleaning teams in the field and help us scale to the next level. This is not just a “supervisor” role. Position Overview As the Field Manager, you will oversee daily field operations, support cleaning technicians, perform quality inspections, manage team accountability, and ensure clients consistently receive a 5-star experience. You’ll serve as the bridge between ownership, office operations, and field staff.

Requirements

  • Leadership or management experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to lead by example
  • Ability to analyze data and create review processes
  • Must have excellent communication skills with a strong desire to help others
  • Must be analytical and creative to develop plans to recruit, motivate, and encourage employees while striving to improve processes and product quality
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish
  • Eye for details

  • Experience in residential cleaning, hospitality, home services, or field operations

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and support cleaning technicians in the field
  • Conduct team check-ins, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Train new employees on systems, standards, and company expectations
  • Promote accountability, professionalism, and positivity
  • Perform inspections to ensure cleaning quality meets company standards
  • Resolve issues quickly and professionally
  • Maintain consistency across all client homes
  • Monitor schedules and ensure teams stay on time
  • Handle field-related problem-solving throughout the day
  • Communicate with office staff regarding team performance and client updates
  • Ensure supplies are maintained properly
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Address client concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Build long-term client trust and retention
