About The Position

The Field Manager we hire for this role will be the liaison between the large-scale canvassing operation deploying Site-Based Relational Postcards (SBRP) and the Vote Rev Action Fund Research and Program Team during the randomized controlled trial (RCT) ahead of the 2026 general election. Alongside the Field Director, they will be the primary “eyes and ears” on the ground, ensuring that the tactic is implemented effectively, canvassers’ needs are met, and concerns are addressed quickly and creatively. The Field Manager will contribute to all elements of the tactic development and trial implementation including design, ideation, and research. The Field Manager will report to the Field Director and collaborate closely with our Research and Program Team.
