About The Position

Mira Home - Pest Control is seeking a motivated and customer-centric Field Manager to lead their pest control team. This role involves guiding a team to deliver top-tier pest management solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving operational excellence. The Field Manager will work alongside the Branch Manager, focusing on team growth and exceptional service delivery.

Requirements

Capable of leading, motivating, and empowering a team to exceed operational goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
Proficient in pest control practices, regulations, and safety standards to ensure compliance and best practices.
Demonstrated experience in supervising teams within pest control, overseeing daily operations and team performance.
Possess state certification in pest control and a valid, clean driver’s license.
Strong dedication to providing outstanding customer service, effectively resolving issues, and ensuring positive customer interactions.
Able to perform necessary physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and working in diverse environments essential to the role.
High school or equivalent (Required)

Certified Operator in the State of OH a plus!
Management: 3 years (Preferred)
Pest control: 3 years (Preferred)
Certified Operator License in the State of Atlanta (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead a Customer-Centric Team: Guide your team to deliver detailed inspections, quality service, and a customer first experience.
Ensure Effective Pest Control Solutions: Train and supervise your team in the application of pesticides, baits, traps, and other methods tailored to meet each customer’s unique needs.
Compliance: Ensure company and employee compliance with all state regulatory requirements.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of employees, services provided, products used, and treatment outcomes.
Safety and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines, product labels, company policies, and state regulations to maintain safe and compliant pest control practices.
Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of pest control products and equipment to ensure adequate supply while maintaining proper storage and efficient handling.
Equipment and Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain pest control equipment and vehicles in optimal condition for safe and effective use by employees.
Customer Satisfaction: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally to foster strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Operational Excellence: Maintain cleanliness and organization in work environments, including vehicles and facilities, and promptly resolve any safety hazards, incidents, or equipment malfunctions that are reported.
