About The Position
THIS POSITION IS OPEN TO CURRENT OKDHS EMPLOYEES ONLY. This position may be located in Muskogee, Tulsa, or Claremore, Oklahoma Field Manager H15C Annual Salary: $74,960.21 + Full State Employee Benefits Travel is EXTENSIVE. Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance. This is a leadership position acting as the Immediate Supervisor for 5 CM IV Supervisors and Reviewing Supervisor for 33 CM II. Ensures program compliance with state and federal requirements to over 990 consumers in and around the Metro Area, serving all waivers, including Class Members. Leads efforts to ensure quality residential services, providing social services to clients in assessing needs and determining eligibility for specific programs and services; requires both broad and specialized knowledge of all social service programs, including maintaining contractual compliance of OKDHS-approved specialized foster homes. contact outside public and private health and welfare agencies and community resources to assist in obtaining aid for clients and their families; available after hours and on the weekends. _____________________
Requirements
- Completion of a bachelor's degree in social work, behavioral science, guidance and counseling, or public administration, and 6 years of professional social work or social science administration, including 3 years of qualifying experience in an assigned program as a supervisor, a senior programs administrator, or in program management.
- Completion of a Master's degree in social work, behavioral science, guidance and counseling, or public administration and 5 years of professional social work or social science administration, including 3 years of qualifying experience in assigned program as a supervisor, a senior programs administrator, or in program management.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one (1) additional year of qualifying work experience for each year of required education.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance.
Responsibilities
- Immediate Supervisor for 5 CM IV Supervisors
