About The Position

WIS International is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals for their 2027 Field Management Summer Internship Program. This program is designed to develop future leaders by providing comprehensive exposure to all aspects of the company. Interns will gain hands-on experience in management processes and leadership skills while working closely with experienced field leaders. The internship runs for 8 weeks, from June 2nd to July 31, 2027, and is based in the Plano, Texas area with field assignments in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. This is an excellent opportunity for students in their final year of a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or a related business discipline, or recent graduates of a business-related degree program, to gain real-world management experience.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in the final year (Senior status) of an accredited Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or a related business discipline; or a recent graduate of a Business-related degree program.
• Demonstrated academic achievement with a strong interest in applying classroom knowledge within a professional business environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong analytical acumen with the ability to interpret and utilize data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment drug screening and/or MVR check.
• A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day inventory operations and projects.
• Build financial acumen by growing and optimizing Revenue, Gross Margin, and EBITDA.
• Collaborate with leaders from various departments to learn about all aspects of the business.
• Participate in engaging training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Build Human Resource skills by managing real-world employee relations challenges.
• Work under the guidance and supervision of experienced professionals.
