Field Maintenance System Analyst

About The Position

The Maintenance Systems Analyst is a key member of the maintenance organization. This role is responsible for the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of fixes and enhancements to our maintenance systems. On a regular basis this associate will monitor the ServiceNet jobs in order to identify when new jobs need to be created, validate and ensure Story acceptance/testing criteria are accurate and reasonable, and ensure the full functionality of the new features, enhancements and fixes.

Requirements

  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of fixes and enhancements to maintenance systems.
  • Monitor ServiceNet jobs to identify when new jobs need to be created.
  • Validate and ensure Story acceptance/testing criteria are accurate and reasonable.
  • Ensure the full functionality of new features, enhancements and fixes.
  • Understand and test/validate changes and enhancements to the repair system (ServiceNet).
  • Learn and understand basics of other systems that integrate with ServiceNet.
  • Guide developers and QA Testers on the requirements of changes / enhancements.
  • Communicate new features and changes to the field as they are deployed.
  • Document and follow a consistent job creation process.
  • Review unfound jobs periodically to identify the need for additional jobs or the rewording and realignment of existing jobs.
  • Remove jobs that are no longer applicable from the system.
  • Design and develop a methodology for system training and communication of system enhancements.

Responsibilities
