About The Position

CDS Home Services is hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Field Lead Generation Representatives throughout Maryland. This is a performance-driven role focused on helping homeowners learn about home standby generator solutions while generating qualified leads for our sales team. This is not a sales role. You will not be responsible for conducting estimates, quoting products, or closing deals. Instead, your focus will be engaging homeowners, creating interest, gathering information, and connecting potential customers with our team for follow-up. If you enjoy meeting new people, working independently, and being rewarded for your effort and results, we want to hear from you.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in canvassing, lead generation, customer service, retail promotions, community outreach, political canvassing, home improvement, telecommunications, or outside sales preferred

Responsibilities

• Canvass residential neighborhoods
• Engage homeowners face-to-face
• Introduce CDS Home Services and home standby generator solutions
• Educate homeowners on backup power and emergency preparedness
• Gather customer information and submit qualified leads
• Represent the CDS brand professionally within the community
